WELCOME TO MY CRAZY, BEEUTIFUL LIFE.

A bit about me.

SO HOW DID I GET HERE?

I grew up in a small town in South East Ontario.  When I say small, I mean everyone knows everyone kind of small.  I mean no Walmart kind of small.  In our small town one thing I was always grateful for was my BIG family.  There are 6 of us, all incredibly similar while unique in our own little ways.  We grew up in the best way possible - minimal technology, outside, dirty, adventurous, and best of all - together.

My siblings and I played just about every sport growing up which sparked my interest in exercise, training, nutrition, injury, and health and wellness.  I was passionate about working out and increasing my athletic performance and capacity.

Additionally, I was very passionate about helping people and more specifically, the health care setting.  I obtained my first job in a pharmacy, and knew that I wanted to continue helping people for the rest of my life.

I LOVED SCIENCE.

I loved science, music, weight lifting, and even had a slight interest in business.  Although my school was small, they were incredibly efficient in offering specialty courses.  When Kinesiology was added to my 12U electives, I knew I needed to take it.

Fast forward to 2021 - I graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, played 5 years in the OUA as a player for Varsity Blues Women's Rugby, earned awards in leadership as well as the prestigious Academic All-Canadian Award, have conducted my very own primary research study.  And now, I am a R. Kin and women's health practitioner.

I AM OBSESSED WITH THE OUTDOORS.

You'll find me hiking, running, cycling, snowboarding, exploring.  As a practitioner, it is important that I walk-the-walk. I am dedicated to remain fit for life, as well as keeping up with my own wellness in order to provide for my patients.

I AM AN ACTIVIST.

For the people, for the planet.

I love the outdoors so much, that I want to protect it.
I love the people so much that I want to heal, protect, and advocate for them.
I came up with my motto, "For the people, for the planet." in January of 2021 because it perfectly described where I feel my position is on this earth.  My position is to bring people together, to help them, to help the earth and those most vulnerable.

-Exercise and Cancer prevention, treatment, and remission
-Women's Health and Hormones
-Nutrition
-Athletic performance and training

-Chronic illness/disease
-Rehabilitation

and much more!
